Q: As a student, how do I access ticketed sporting events at William & Mary?
A: For Football and Men's Basketball games, you are required to download a student season ticket. Please click here to claim your student season ticket!
A: For all other ticketed sports at William & Mary (Women's Basketball, Men's/Women's Soccer, and Baseball) your student ID is your ticket! Just present your ID card at the front entrance.
Q: Where can I login to claim Football, Men's Basketball, and Special Event Tickets?
A: PLEASE NOTE that as a William & Mary student, you already have an account associated with your @wm.edu email address! There is no need to create a new account!
Q: Do mobile season tickets cost anything as a student?
A: No! We want our students to have the best experience possible at our sporting events!
Q: How many student season tickets am I allowed to claim?
A: Every student may claim one (1) Football season ticket and one (1) Men's Basketball season ticket.
Q: Will my William & Mary student QR code scan at a game?
A: No. Your digital QR code, linked to your ID card, is not readable with our scanners and is different than a Tribe Athletics ticket.
Q: How can my friends sit with me in the Student Section?
A: We offer a Student Guest ticket for each home Football and Men's Basketball contest! Please call the Ticket Office at 757-221-3340 to purchase a Student Guest ticket ($5 per guest ticket).
Q: When can I begin claiming my mobile student season ticket for Football and Men’s Basketball?
A: Season ticket claim windows open a few weeks before the season starts. Students will be notified by Tribe Athletics via email once student season tickets are available to claim.
Q: Who can I transfer my tickets to?
A: Students can only transfer mobile tickets to other William & Mary students.
Q: Can I buy a ticket for my friend who wants to sit in the student section at Tribe Football and Men's Basketball games?
A: Yes! The Tribe Ticket Office does offer a Student Guest rate ticket. Please contact TribeTickets@wm.edu for more information.
Q: Where is the student entrance?
A: For Football games, the student entrance is located at Gate 6, on the visiting team side of Zable Stadium, right next to the Career Services Building.
A: For Men's Basketball, the student entrance is located at the Brooks St. entrance of Kaplan Arena.
A: For all other ticketed sports (Men's/Women's Soccer and Baseball) please use the front entrance at each respective athletic facility.
Q: I missed the first game of the season. Can I still claim a season ticket?
A: Yes! You can claim your season ticket through the final game of the Football and Men's Basketball seasons.
Q: I am a graduate of William & Mary. Can I claim a student season ticket online?
A: No. Once you have graduated, you are ineligible for student season tickets.
Q: Are there any other special events where I would need a mobile ticket?
A: William & Mary students are required to have a ticket for the Spring Concert, held at Kaplan Arena, and for University Commencement. Ticket information for these specific campus events is shared annually by AMP (Alma Mater Productions) and the Office of University Events, respectively.
