Q: What hardware and software do I need for mobile ticketing?
A: As long as you have a smartphone (iPhone, Android, etc.), you will be able to download, view, and scan your mobile tickets.
A: All iPhone's are pre-installed with the Apple Wallet app. Android users will need to download the Google Wallet app ahead of time.

Q: How does a mobile ticket work?
A: Once a ticket is purchased, you will receive an email with a link to download your ticket. If you purchased multiple tickets, be sure to click the black "Add to Digital Wallet" button underneath each mobile ticket.

A: No. You must use a smartphone to download your tickets. However, you can transfer tickets to other people from a computer or tablet.

Q: What is ALL-IN-1?

Q: When does an ALL-IN-1 ticket change to the next event?
A: The ALL-IN-1 ticket will update approximately seven (7) hours after an event has ended.

Q: How do I know if I have an ALL-IN-1 ticket?

Any attempts to duplicate, alter, or sell copies of the mobile tickets may result in being refused admission to the event. This provides heightened security by identifying counterfeit and stolen tickets.
